Return Policy

We appreciate your purchase from Sarah Aqua soft. Please note that we do not accept any cancellation or return requests after you place your order, as we start manufacturing your product as soon as we receive your order confirmation.

However, there may be some exceptional cases where we may allow you to cancel or replace your order, but you will have to pay a cancellation or replacement fee for that.

If we have to cancel your order due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund for your prepaid order.

If you receive a damaged product from us, we will replace it for you as per our warranty policy.
